ViTech can cut precision parts from a wide variety of materials. These include: steel up to 0.375" thick, aluminum and copper alloys up to 0.125" thick, plastic and wood up to one inch thick, and odd materials. Treated paper and gasket material are no problem for us.

Our lasers can hold a sheet of material up to 48" x 48". We also can cut parts from coiled or rolled material. The newly installed Mitsubishi laser has three axis cutting capability, allowing us to cut or modify pre-formed parts.

By using the latest methods of part nesting we can save on material waste, which will save you money.

Using state-of-the-art software, we can convert most files, prints, and sketches into a CNC design program that downloads to our laser system. But it doesn't stop there, we can also take a sample part and build a print from scratch.
