  Charles "Marty" Swank founded ViTech in 1997 after gaining 15 years of laser cutting and 25 years of machine shop experience.  He currently serves as President.
  Trish Swank adds her talents to the ViTech team by handling the accounting and personnel matters.
  Ryan Swank teamed up with us in 1998 to help beef up production by adding a second shift to the then one man operation.  Ryan is the Second Shift Supervisor.
